Massive Data Breach In LinkedIn

According to some reports, LinkedIn has faced a massive data breach in which data of over 700 million has been compromised. This data includes the personal details of the users including their phone number, addresses, geolocation data. The data of 700 million users is on sale on the dark web. It is also shown with a sample of 1 million users. The listing on the dark web and the sample data was first spotted by RestorePrivacy.

The hacker was reached out to by 9to5Google who says the data was obtained by exploiting the Linkedin API and collected the data uploaded to the site by users.
